The Regional Pathway Development Service is a new venture, commissioned to work at the interface between forensic and non-forensic mental health service provision, shaping and informing the future response to the needs of the personality disorder populations across the Yorkshire and Humber Region.  This innovative service is provided in partnership by Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust, Community Links and the Humber Mental Health Trust, working together and collaboratively with colleagues across the region.

The service aims to:

o Develop Clinical Care Pathways

o Develop and support colleagues in other agencies, disciplines and settings towards improving practice with personality disorder populations

o Develop and deliver dedicated effective services

We are looking for staff that are committed to working with and improving services for those people with personality disorder where there are significant risk issues. In return, we offer a high level of commitment to clinical supervision and staff development and aim to develop services within a supportive and learning workplace. We seek individuals who are committed to multi-agency working and have significant experience of providing clinical interventions for the personality disorder populations.
