Referral Information

Effective from 1st February 2010

From February 2010 the Pathway Development Service will only be accepting referrals from the Regional Forensic Case Managers and Probation Officers in Yorkshire and Humber.

If you are a Probation Officer, you can refer for consultation, advice or holistic assessment for offenders with a diagnosis or traits of Personality Disorder. Regional Forensic Case Managers can refer for reviews of peoples' existing care where their pathway is blocked.
